This is a controversial topic so please keep it friendly!

Euthanasia, the act of killing of hopelessy sick or injured, is believed by some people that the act shouldn't be performed at all regardless of the circumstances. Others feel if its done humanely and to end suffering then it's ok as its part of our role as reptile keepers/ pet owners.

Just seen on the news that a lady in America paid for her dying pet dog to be cloned and spent over 25 thousand dollars. shes over the moon of course but others aren't happy saying it shouldn't be done.

What are your feelings? Is it ok to clone animals such as our pets?

My 10 year old boy just came out with a statement whilst watching the news saying they should clone animals that are on the extinct list such as monkeys for example (who are also in the news today). So would you agree to ...

Ok probably a topic close to everyones heart here. What would you consider a suitable punishment for those who are convicted of animal cruelty? How do you think the punishment should be structured? Maybe you don't think it should be structured, maybe you feel one harsh punishment should suit all animal cruelty cases? What excuses for animal cruelty would be acceptable to give some leniency, if any? For example someone suffering from mental illness etc. Please discuss.
