When you rehome from Reptile Rescue Den, you will be required to read and sign the form below. This is just for reference.

Reptile Rescue Den Rehoming Policy Agreement

I hereby accept responsibilty for this animal, (...........................), that I am rehoming from Reptile Rescue Den and that I am over 18 years of age. Once the animal, listed above, leaves the care of Reptile Rescue Den then I accept that Reptile Rescue Den are no longer responsible and that I am soley responsible for it’s care and welfare.
By signing this form I am declaring that the animal, listed above, is in good health at the time of the rehoming/adoption as dated above. I accept that I am not permitted to sell this reptile and should my circumstances change, where I can no longer provide the correct care for this animal then I will inform Reptile Rescue Den and either return it or work to find a suitable home that Reptile Rescue Den accepts and finds it acceptable. I accept that Reptile Rescue Den can visit any time without prior notice to check upon the animal listed above. Should Reptile Rescue Den find the husbandry unacceptable then I hereby give permission for Reptile Rescue Den to remove the animal, listed above.
I also accept that the rehoming fee payable is infact a fixed donation to the sum of £..... and is set by Reptile Rescue Den and is non-refundable.
