How To Post Pictures

Posting a picture is easy. It can be done in a number of very simple steps.

Before you post a picture. You'll need to have a place which will be willing to host your picture(s). This can be one of many places. If you want to just host this picture without wanting to be able to manage it. Then a place such as http://www.imghost.us would be perfect for you. But, people generally want to be able to manage a “gallery” of a sort, so they can add, edit and remove the images, and place them into categories, as well as decide which ones people can view and which they can't.

The most popular one for this is https://www.photobucket.com which you need to register in order to use this.

With the photobucket upload form on their website (once you've registered and logged in) upload all of the images you wish to be shown on the forum.

At the bottom of each image are 3 different links given which you can use to show on the forums.

Next go to the forums or website you need to host an image on. In Reptile Rescue Den forum's case, you'll need to use the IMG link shown below each of your images on the photobucket website.

Create a post or reply to a thread on the forums, and simple paste that IMG link into the post..

And then click Submit.

Your image should now be shown in the post or thread.

An example of this will be shown soon with screen shots.

Oh well will take some & give it a go ..could never do it before..
