Ever had Mites in your collection?

Many reptile keepers have come across mites,

What (in your opinion) is the best treatment for infestations?

I've heard that ARDAP is a good product, does anybody here have any experience with it? How did you find it?

Mites scare the living daylights out of me, I suppose it is because I have a large number of animals and an infestation would spread quickly throughout my animal room.

At this point I will mention that I am spot on with regard to quarantine but it just takes one visitor/fellow reptile keeper coming to the house to introduce them to my collection. Afterall the average house doesn't have a foot dip along with bio hazard clothing and masks. Accidents happen. I'm just hoping that they don't happen to me
