| This is my first time using a ceramic and I'm unsure where to place the sensor Is it on top of the substrate underneath the ceramic? | |

| We place ours away from ther ceramic. So basically it's monitoring the cooler side thus controlling the ceramic. So you have a hot spot and a cool spot. Does that make sense lol | |

| haha yeah thanks,
Would it do the same thing? If I monitor the hot spot so that it doesn't go above a certain temperature then there will still be a cooler spot? Does that work the same way as making sure the cool end doesn't drop below its required temperature? | |

| i'd say start by placing under ceramic, then move towards cold end to balance out da temps, that y in out thermometres are good. | |
