| Reading some of these posts reminded me of a rat snake we rescued about 4-5 years ago that wouldn't eat rats. We used to laugh and laugh watching the rodents run around his viv and hang out and sleep next to him and he just went about his business and never would eat rodents.
Not mice, rats, hamsters, gerbils....
We tried frozen, live, fresh-killed....
It didn't matter. We could not get him to eat them. We used to call him "Notta". Notta rat snake.
I can't remember what ended up happening or where we re-homed him to. So many animals over the years. But his eating habits (or lack of) just rejoined my memory sticks.

| Such angelic innocent names... ironic for something that could take you hand off. I love it! | |

I do have a caiman called Cuddles. And a cat named Fluffy. But the cat's name is because I once told her that if the cat gets run over by a car we're not spending $300.00 to get it fixed at the vet. We're spending 38 cents on a bullet and $40.00 at the SPCA to buy a new Fluffy. Thus, the cat's names in our house are always, "Fluffy". http://www.caimanhunter.com/distinguishingcuddles.html
