| What do you mean by "dip"? The egg gets a soft spot? Or it shifts position? Or something else? | |

| We are two countries separated by a common language!
(I think that might have been John Adams addressing George II, but my history may be somewhat skewed)
You "sorted it", I assume means it's fixed. However I'm still lost on what "dip" means. I'd love to know, to see if any of those things happened to me and to see if their is a common fix. | |

| Yep ya right on 'sorted' I think daredevil is referring to dip as in a small area that has sunk causing a dip in the egg
Hope this helps | |

| Caiman eggs must be a little different. The only dips I remember seeing, if indeed you mean an indentation on the shell, is just before they were getting ready to hatch and sometimes the hard outer shell and the softer inner shell would separate and cause one or the other of those to cause an indentation on the surface of the outer shell of the egg. | |

| yup dip means sinking. that happened because the first incubator didn't have a high enough humidity. thats been fixed now and the eggs are looking healthy. bearded dragons can breed all year round in the uk if im correct. love em there such friendly lizards. next im gonna try n breed candycane cornsnakes they will be of size this winter. thanx again for reading and helping.
